We like to show you few pictures from building and firts sailing of proa “Motu” build by Cooper Parish from Mojave in California. Cooper wrote to us in 2020 in the middle of pandemic time, he was very interested in building such boat for himself. Finally he started in 2021 after reciving plans and sail from us with some adventures with shipping :). On pictures below you will see how beautiful boat he build, with great attention to details nad finishings. Cooper made few changes to original design making vaka with plywood, also used plywood for bulkheads, custom hatches in ama and few other details. He also made 2 wider resors intead of 4 in platform. Changes worked good as you can see :). On last pictures you can see a 12m2 Crab Claw sail which is a part of plans made by PJOA.
